E2M FastSpeed RDEs PTFE

SKU: AFE2M050XX Category: Tags: ,

MAXIMUM ROTATION RATE: 7000 RPM — Never exceed maximum rotation rate when working with rotating electrodes.

These single-piece, Fixed-Disk RDEs are ideal for applications requiring a high rotation rate.  The shaft and disk electrode are permanently attached, producing a precision, balanced RDE with a PTFE shroud useful for a variety of applications.  Other disk materials can be found here, including various metals, alloys, and steels.

See “Description” tab below for additional precautions and information.

More Information

MAXIMUM ROTATION RATE: 7000 RPM -- Never exceed maximum rotation rate when working with rotating electrodes.

TEMPERATURE RANGE: 10°C - 25°C — Electrode damage may occur at temperatures beyond recommended range.

This series of RDE tips may only be used with MSR rotators.

These single-piece, Fixed-Disk RDE tips are ideal for applications requiring a high rotation rate.  The shaft and disk electrode are permanently attached, producing a precision balanced RDE useful at rotation rates as high as 7000 RPM.  The disk electrode can be made from a variety of metals, with the most popular materials being glassy carbon, platinum, and gold, and the shroud is fabricated from chemically-resistant PTFE.  Other disk materials can be found here, including various metals, alloys, and steels.  Other disk materials are available upon request.  The recommended temperature range for these electrodes is between 10°C - 25°C, and they are only compatible with Pine Research's MSR rotator.
