Gold Microelectrodes Glass-insulated

Gold disk microelectrodes isolated by glass. These gold UMEs can be offered with a variety of electroactive diameters as follows (with total length approximately = 8 cm):

Electroactive diameter = 10 μm gold, RG-value approx. = 3
Electroactive diameter = 25 μm gold, RG-value approx. <3 The RG value is the ratio of the total tip radius over the radius of the electroactive disk. The electrode can be connected to a preamplifier with a HEKA Microelectrode Holder (d=2.0 mm).
